Swing Essence

Music

We select material based on popular demand, choosing those that really swing, groove, or rockat the top of their class. Just an important, we always arrange music specifically for our format.

We also know that for every occasion, there are a few special songs that you would like to hear. We want to make your event an "affair to remember", so let us know about your requests early, so that we can consider how best to present them.

The play list for every event, without exception, is carefully planned with your input, taking into acount special requests, the diversity of the guests, and songs on our list that you may wish to have excluded.

Instrumentation

The full dance band consists of guitar, keyboards, saxophone, trumpet, drums, bass, and two vocalists. With live music from Swing Essence, you can choose to have music in multiple segments and locations for your event, selecting the right ensemble or soloist for the setting.

An acoustic jazz trio, featuring guitar, upright bass, and saxophone adds excitement in the air for cocktails on the deck, or in the reception area outside the ballroom.

A piano or guitar soloist is available for your wedding ceremony, or for casual listening and conversation. And if available, we are happy to make use of a grand piano at your request.
